US Citizenship – N600K Application

The Child needs to meet the following requirements:

1. Resides Outside the Us.
2. Not Married.
3. Must Complete Oath and Allegiance Ceremony Before He Turns 18.
4. In the Legal and Physical Custody of The Us Citizen Parent.

• If the Child meets the above requirements we need to check if the parents meet the requirements.

The Parents:

1. At least one parent must be a US Citizen.
2. The US citizen parent has been Physically present in the US for at least 5 years.
3. At least 2 of the years that they were physically present in the US must be after the age of 14.

• If the US citizen parent does not meet the physical presence requirement, we can check if the grandparents meet those requirements.

The Grandparents:

1. US Citizens.
2. Has been Physically present in the US for at least 5 years.
3. At least 2 of the years that they were physically present in the US must be after the age of 14.

If the child is Eligible:

1. Submit N-600K Application.
2. Attend Biometrics Appointment at the US embassy.
3. Attend an interview at the USCIS Center in the US.
   1. The Child needs to be lawfully present in the US for his interview.
4. Attend Oath and Allegiance ceremony.
5. Receive Certificate of Citizenship
